I love wood.

Making useful attractive objects from wood on a lathe is a truly pleasurable experience. I work in a small studio using locally available woods (maple, cherry, apple and walnut) as well as more exotic woods. You will always find a reminder of the tree in the item (the grain, a knot, or some other mark of nature). I hope others enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
